This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Rewards Max collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the Rewards Max mobile application ("App").

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal and non-personal identification information to provide and improve our app services:

• Account Credentials: We collect your name, email address, and profile photo URL when you sign in using Google Sign-In. This is used to create and secure your user profile, manage your reward balances, and distribute redeem codes.
• Device Identifiers (Push Notification Token): We collect your OneSignal Push Subscription ID/token to send push notifications directly to your device containing your Google Play Store redeem codes when your payouts are completed.
• Ad Interaction Data: Our App integrates the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). AdMob may collect and process device advertising identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID), diagnostic logs, and ad interaction metrics to deliver banner and rewarded video ads.

2. How We Use Collected Information

Rewards Max uses Users' information for the following purposes:

• To manage your account: Your email and user ID are used to maintain your coin balance, watch history, and referral associations.
• To process rewards and payouts: When you redeem coins, your email and OneSignal push token are used to process and deliver your gift card code.
• To send transactional push notifications: We send push notifications when your payout requests are approved or completed.
• To display advertising: AdMob uses anonymous identifiers to display banner and rewarded ads that fund the gift card rewards program.

3. Data Protection and Security

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, username, transaction information, and data stored on our Firebase Firestore backend.

4. Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users' personal identification information to others. We share data only with trusted third-party services necessary for App operation:

• Google Firebase Services (Authentication & Firestore Database): Hosts user accounts, balance data, and transaction requests securely.
• Google AdMob: Serves advertisements inside the app. Check Google's Privacy Policy for details.
• OneSignal Push Notification Platform: Processes and sends device-specific push notifications. Check OneSignal's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Deletion Requests

Users have the right to request deletion of their account and all associated personal data (including email, history, and coin balance) at any time. To request deletion, please contact us at vishnustudios01@gmail.com. We will process and delete your data within 48 business hours.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal identification information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal details, please contact us immediately, and we will remove the data.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Rewards Max has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the top of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes.
